Do your products restock after they sell out?
- Yes! After the initial drop, we will do our best to restock soon after. There aren't specific time frames on a restock but check the site regularly!
How do your products fit?
- Most clothing will fit true to size; however, each item will indicate a difference under the description. If you can’t decide- size up! We offer a size chart for each piece of clothing, located in the photos of that listing.
Can you combine multiple orders I've placed?
- In order to provide efficient shipping speed, we cannot combine multiple orders. We fulfill orders in the order they were placed and to maintain efficiency we cannot alter our process.
I just received a refund for an order I placed and I'm not sure why?
- Should you notice a refund with no product shipping notification, check your email!! Occasionally we oversell items from a drop (especially those using sezzle) and need to resolve the issue. If you received a random refund, we likely emailed you and didn't hear back (within 48 hours) and went ahead and processed a refund.
How long until my order will ship?
- Orders will ship within 24-48 hours of order placement (MONDAY-FRIDAY)
Will I get tracking information on my order?
- YES! All orders are shipped via USPS (United States Postal Service) and will generate a tracking number once we ship your items. If you receive a tracking number, your item HAS shipped and is in route to you. Make sure to create an account with our site to have easy access to ALL of your orders & tracking info.
OOPS! I checked out and noticed it's the wrong address! Can I change my address?
- Let us know via email AS SOON as possible! We are able to change your address if it hasn't shipped yet. If your order has shipped, you will need to contact your local post office to track your package and intercept before delivery to incorrect address.
Can you tell me where my package is?
- Unfortunately, if your order has shipped, we have no more information than your tracking number will tell you. Once it leaves us, we use the exact same tracking number you have to locate a package. You need to contact your local post office once you receive a tracking number.
My order has been returned back to you. Now what?
- In the situation we would receive your order back due to a wrong or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to them again.
My order says "delivered" but it's not in my mailbox?
- Please allow another 48 hours for your delivered package status to in fact appear in your mailbox. Occasionally it will show up the next day after stated delivered. Should your package STILL not appear, you will need to contact your local post office and provide them with tracking information that was generated and sent to you upon shipment. Unfortunately, we are not in control of your package once it leaves our possession. It is up to you and the post office to file a claim and track the order- we are unable to replace your items if lost or stolen.
Returns & Exchange Policy:
General Return Policy
- Original purchaser must contact us WITHIN 7 days of receiving items (7 days from delivery date via USPS). In order to return your item(s) they MUST be brand new (unworn & unwashed), in ORIGINAL packaging with tags still attached. Upon receiving your return and it is not in stated condition you will NOT be issued a store credit.
- To return your item: Email us at SophiaJaneCo@outlook.com within 7 days of item delivery and we will provide a return shipping label. Once the item is received by us and in condition listed above, we will provide you with a STORE CREDIT, minus return shipping cost within 48 hours.
- Because of the limited availability of our collections and immediate processing status, we cannot issue cancellations for any reason. Please triple check your order before placement! We work quickly to ship orders and are unable to issue changes, cancellations and restocking of unwanted items once the order is placed.
