All orders ship USPS. Packages weighing under 1lb will ship via First Class. Packages weighing over 1lb are required to ship Priority Mail.
Exact shipping rates are calculated at check out based off your location to Ohio (shipping origin). We do not generate the cost, USPS does.
Please allow UP TO 48 hours for your order to ship (Monday-Friday)
Most orders will ship same day, however in the event we get backed up from a drop, please allow time for packaging and shipping up to 48 hours.
In the event your package is lost by USPS, please contact your local post office with tracking number. Once your order leaves our possession, we are NOT responsible for the tracking/location/delivery of your package.
Once your order ships, our system generates a tracking number. If you receive an email with that number, your item HAS shipped and is in route to you. Make sure to create an account with our site to have easy access to ALL of your orders & tracking info.
Changing your address after placing the order: Let us know via email AS SOON as possible! We are able to change your address if it hasn't shipped yet. If your order has shipped, you will need to contact your local post office to track your package and intercept before delivery to incorrect address.
In the event that we receive your order back due to a wrong or insufficient address, the customer is responsible for the shipping cost to get it back to them (unless it’s our error).
Returns + Cancellation Policy
- Original purchaser must contact us WITHIN 7 days of receiving items (7 days from delivery date via USPS). In order to return your item(s) they MUST be brand new (unworn & unwashed), in ORIGINAL packaging with tags still attached. Upon receiving your return and it is not in stated condition you will NOT be issued a store credit.
- To return your item: Email us at SophiaJaneCo@outlook.com within 7 days of item delivery and we will provide a return shipping label. Once the item is received by us and in condition listed above, we will provide you with a STORE CREDIT, minus return shipping cost within 48 hours.
- Because of the limited availability of our collections and immediate processing status, we cannot issue cancellations for any reason. Please triple check your order before placement! We work quickly to ship orders and are unable to issue changes, cancellations and restocking of unwanted items once the order is placed.

Sizing + Care
Most of our clothing fits true to size, however each listing will have a specific size chart shown with the photos of that product.
Please measure your child! The listing will indicate if a particular style is running “smaller” than normal as well as “larger” (do not size up in this instance). Measuring your child is the best way to ensure you’re ordering the correct size.
All products will have specific instructions for washing on the listing. When in doubt, machine wash cold with like colors, mild detergent, low heat or hang dry for most longevity/shrinkage prevention
